Our Church has (9) active campuses across the U.S. where Gerald has helped to establish & institute our Safety and Security plan.
The Security plan has allowed our largest campus in Westbury, NY of over (400) partners remain safe and secure, including securing and locking down exits, strategic video camera installation, easily identifiable badges for our Pastors, leaders and Volunteers, staff training, regular and consistent feedback and updates about security locally and globally, in addition to what we need to do to continue to have a safe yet warm and welcoming culture.
Mr. Granger also provides Private Security for our Lead Pastor,
Garelle K. Solomon, as he travels to engagements all across Long Island, NYC and beyond. Mr. Granger works well under pressure and is skilled in changing conflicting and critical situations into positive scenarios through effective use of his extensive training, Security expertise and skills.
